Not sure where the vase came from but I hand pick the shells on the beach in the Outer Banks of North Carolina.

Cranberries, Fake Flower, Vase and Floating Candle=BEAUTIFUL!
Candle Vase
This is an idea I got from a Home and Garden Magazine. I changed it up a little bit to fit my style. I place it on the back of the toilet when we have guests over. It's a beautiful pieces and we get great comments of it all the time:-)
